I haven't been able to load up my phonebook yet. In fact, I haven't even tried keeping a stable bluetooth connection yet. I have a 2010 RX350

When you connect to BT and try to import the phonebook from the car, you will get a notification on the phone asking you if you want to allow this. Select that. The import should then work. Let us know what you get. I have a Honda Accord with HFL and I wind up with some poorly formed contacts in the phonebook.

It is easy to connect the BT on Lexus RX 350 since I did it! Have no reason to load all my contacts to I entered my key contacts manually for speed dial.
