Droid T-shirt

I didn't see a thread on this, so this is in response to the main page posting on the Droid shirts. I just got the shirt yesterday. It is from Verizon, and comes with coupons for accessories, including the car mount and the charging pod. It also comes with accessory coupons for family and friends who purchase a new Droid and sign a new contract. I don't know how Verizon chose me. I think it may have to do with the fact that I bought it within a day of launch, but it may be for anyone who purchased it. I think the shirt looks cool. It's the same one the Verizon reps were wearing on launch day. I was surprised though on how they chose the size. I got a large, although I wear a medium in most shirts. I'm guessing they assumed that a large for most males would be okay - they're probably right.

I'm also hoping they did something a little more clever wrt sizing. Since I bought mine in a VZW store, I'm hoping that when you bought a Droid they had a little option "customers shirt size". Doubtful but I can dream

I'll wear mine to work on Friday, with some tore up jeans, army jacket and combat boots. I might even forget to shave and comb my hair.

Some of the people I have heard who got these are new Verizon customers. Any existing customers get any? Wondering if it is for new subscribers only (hope not).

Two questions will help clarify a lot. 1) Those that got the shirts, are you a new Verizon customer (as someone else asked) and 2) What was your place of purchase (in store, online or through a rep). I have a feeling this is for those who purchased the droid close to its release date, new customers or orders made with a rep. Only speculation. Time will tell. I'd love one. Now they just need car stickers (aka bumper stickers). I'd rock one of those too! LoL

Well I made the mistake of calling VZW and of course the CSR had no idea what I was talking about(as usual) and neither did her supervisor. Then she tried to tell me it was a store promotion where the store who sold the most Droids won the shirts as prizes, so I explained to her that was something different. But in the end I think she was more confused than she was before I called....I really HATE calling them.....

1.) New Customer
2.) In Store
3.) Bought the Droid the second day it came out (so 30 day period had passed and I had exchanged the Storm2 for it, so no possibility of an exchange).

I ordered my phone on the release date, ordered it online and I'm an exsisting cutomer. Just got my shirt yesterday. I tight cause I wear an XXL and the shirt I received looks like a medium.
