I just bought a Droid 1 and have rooted, setcpu, LauncherPro and more. The case would look great on my new Droid. I am waiting for the dual-cpu or quad-cpu next year. Rep told me about the quad when I activated my phone. This one will get me to the super phone and LTE next year.

Just posting a comment is all it takes. I have had my Droid for about 6 months and would dare anyone to try and take it from me. It is my lifeline to the world. Not rooted but it does everything I need.

Is the contest still running? I'd love one of these cases. My screen cracked on my Droid and I need something awesome to distract from my cracked screen (which is not supposed to happen with Gorilla glass without extreme pressure).

if only someone would create a docking station and case combo. i'm on my second case and my only issue is not being able to dock my phone because of the added thickness.

When you said, pictures of the case in action, I was hoping for something along the lines of "Droid banked of a wall" or "Droid thrown from roof" survival photos. Nice case though.

I've had the OG Droid since late November of last year. I always loved how sturdy it was. Needless to say, I was a little tipsy at a Mariner's game (that they won btw, no small feat) and I dropped my phone. All I see is my phone in three pieces, thankfully they were the battery cover, battery and the phone itself. A couple of dents and scratches later, I put it back together and guess what: Droid still does.

I was lucky enough to have the headphone jack issue and got Verizon to replace my phone. Now I have an unblemished Droid and would love to keep it that way.

I've got the e-Bay Special $5 case.... I think it's called "El-Cheapo!" The outer coating is rubbing off and the top case is also starting to pop off. I could sure use a better case...
