My Droid used to connect fine to my Uverse RG router (Motorola 3800 HGV i think).
recently it started allowing a connection, but dropping about 70% of packets.
Tricky part is that it connects fine to the wireless network where I work.
And my laptop at home has no issues with dropped packets
I've used wifi analyzer to try and choose a less crowded channel.
I've been testing pings using ping & pinger apps.
I have tried an unsecure network, WPA/WPA2, mac filtering on & off.
The one thing I have noticed is that shortly after the connection is established is when I get the greatest success on my pings.
Anyone have any suggestions on what might be causing this?
EDIT: I also want to mention that I use my uverse wireless router. it was working oK, then quit working for droid. I had them swap the routers, and it was no help. (lucky for me they left me the old one)
