I am going from a Motorola Droid to another Motolora Droid (usb port no longer works and not under waranty).

The current one I have is a root droid. Can I, without doing anything to do the SD card in the rooted droid, move that card over to the new, non-rooted droid?

Thank you.

I don't see why not. Just like you can stick the SD card in any computer, you should be able to stick it in any phone. Rooting changes permissions on your phone's memory, not on the SD card memory.
