Well i finally got my Droid rooted. I have a few questions though..

Some ROMs I couldn't download, it was saying there was a corrupt zip file. I really wanted to try out UD V10.

On the Cyanogenmod i believe, there was no way to update my phone. Is there a work around for this??

Also, im running UD Froyo beta right now, my android version is 2.2. Not 2.2.1. So i go to the update screen and it's downloading the update, but it'll never install it. I back out of that screen and go back in it and it starting over again.. what could be the issue?

i was having a similar problem when it happened to me what i did was flash the stock 2.1 in recovery and reboot and then update for reason if its not stock it wont update atleast in my case and iam thinking yours too.
if u cant find it on ur back ups check out xda or maybe on here but i had no luck finding on here so try that is my suggestion , maybe some of the more advanced flashers will chime in .

Looks like its ok as of now. 2.2.1 on Ultimate droid froyo This google voice thing is awesome

There are stock images in ROM Manager...you can get them with the free version.
