Droid memory limits and performance

Any suggestions on how much memory to keep free in order to keep performance up? I'm assuming I should keep at least half (128m) free, but if anyone can add some color I would appreciate it.

IIRC keeping 128MB (or any arbitrary number) free doesn't help performance. The Droid isn't a PC.

Don't worry about such things. Your Droid will keep whatever programs needed to be running, if you aren't using them, it puts them to sleep.


So the answer to this is "do nothing, and enjoy!"

isn't it nice to just reflect for a moment that we're having a discussion regarding free memory that is twice the amount of total memory on a BB (8330)?
