I woke to find my electrify downloading a software update. The update was from 45.1.167 to 45.1.190. Anybody know what was updated? The phone doesn't give me a choice to download or not so I hope its for the better.

This update is mainly just a maintenance update to fix little issues here and there that may have been reported. The only things that really upgraded the phones functionality is that you can now record video in 1080p instead of just 720p and it also updated the flash player. This is an update that you must download and you just have to be connected to wi-fi when you do it.

This has been popping up on my phone also. It gives me an option to upgrade later but asks me again every hour. Have u had any problems since u did this update?

Goto a wifi area and download the update. The message should the. Go away. All information on phone will be safe and not erased.
