Re: Motorola X Phone
I'm hoping for omap 5! IMHO they make the best processors if you like to tinker. By far the most open.

Re: Motorola X Phone
Hopefully it is on Verizon. Also hope they don't skimp on something like camera. This could be a huge seller if they keep updated specs.

Re: Motorola X Phone
Very interesting. It's going to be tough to decide which phone will be my next, although it doesn't look like I can go wrong!

Re: Motorola X Phone
They are getting a little better though. I would expect any game changing 2013 phone to follow the same trend with developer editions, or perhaps take it further and allow all to be bootloader unlocked (except Verizon, we all know that won't happen).

Re: Motorola X Phone
Also, a bunch of those policies are dictated by Verizon and the old moto management. If the X is on all carriers I expect that you would see it unlocked on most and locked on vzw, much like the sgs3

Re: Motorola X Phone
I think next year is going to be a great time for android. Hopefully if they lock it down they offer a developer edition since I'll be paying full price to keep unlimited data anyway

Interesting that all the info has been redacted now. Dr0me, were you contacted by Google or Motorola?

Re: Motorola X Phone
Yes the droidX returns. Can't wait that was the best Android phone for 3g. Still have her. She feels small but can't sell her.
