So here's the story. I've had the Apex rom on my phone for maybe over a year or so. Might be more. Anyway, recently was having some issues with my phone, So I did a factory reset/ wipe today. After I started the phone back up, I notice that i'm unable to make any phone calls. When I click the phone icon it says "application missing" or something along those lines. I forgot. I have also noticed my settings application doesn't seem to be there either. I do still have gmail available, the play store and what not. If ANYBODY could be of any assistance I would greatly appreciate it. Just trying to get my phone back together, up and working.
