I am currently running leaked 2.2.1 build and rooted. I have rom manager prem and droid x bootstrap app. Here is my issue. I have changed my fingerprint in the build prop file and I am still not able to see all of the apps in the market. I want to download beesly's build prop through rom manager but it wont let me go into recovery mode. It act's like it is going to but then it continues to reboot up. I can open in recovery using bootstrap app but not rom manager. I did not have issue's with rom manager with my og droid but have never gotten it to work on my x with any rom's. I also click on "flash clockworkmod recovery" when i open rom manager.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Open bootstrap. Click bootstrap recovery. Get success and click ok. Then click reboot recovery and let the phone go into recovery. Just select reboot. Each time you apply something in rom manager go into bootstrap and click bootstrap recovery and get success then back out and then do your thing or it will just boot back normal.
