Backup question

I have nandroid backups and I was wondering if it is possible to get one part of the backup restored. Can I pull out one app and data from the backup, or just apps, or just data?

I noticed the advance restore option but I haven't tried it but it has a listing to restore pieces of the backup.

Not that i know of, but what are you trying to pull out of it that you can not get from ther market?

No you can't. It isn't designed to do that. Use Titanium Backup. Backup all apps and system data. It stores it all to your SD Card. So when you flash a new rom or what ever, you can restore your apps or what ever piece you want.

I thought you could do that ,if the only thing you restored back with Titanium Backup was ,user app and data and Not restoring System Data

I havent ...tried that yet tho ,just havent needed to.
