Question on Cyanogen

Ok my only question is; which version of Cyanogen do I download for my Droid X?
I'm rooted and running Darkslide right now. Thanks

Unless something has changed, and I hope it has, there is not currently a Cyanogen ROM for the DX. There has been talk about it coming to the DX but nothings panned out.

I think if you fish around enough on Cyangen's site you can find a blurb that pretty much says that he has no intention of developing for the DX

yep. i could be wrong about this, but i believe CM uses requires a different kernel, which you cant alter on the X because the bootloader is encrypted

Its a sad truth, I loved CM on my Nexus One, I really wish he could port over a stable copy for us.

yeah i heard that they had no interest because of the locked bootloader.
i guess i can't blame them if that's why.

Imo they lock it cause we would never upgrade that often. This phone is that powerful.
