CRT Animation for .596

Is there any available yet? I tried installing the old one and had to sbf lol. It was my favorite part of GB so having again would be cool, anything out there?

The 4.5.595 version works flawlessly..

Isnt that going reverse what they want, if you wanted to disable CRT animation after installed all you have to do is disable animation under settings menu..

Thanks for letting me know. 595 zip file still worked. I had it saved on my sdcard and I don't want to change the battery icons or any of that other stuff.

This might be a dumb question..

How does this work on .596? Don't you need to be rooted to use it? I thought .596 wasn't rooted yet. I miss the CRT animation from when I had .595 rooted, but I SBF'ed and took the OTA. Is it possible to get this without root?

You have to do a search but the .596 has been rooted but only can be installed from a rooted version which means you have to SBF to 2.4.420 Froyo and then root and install .588 and then the .596 deodex prerooted version.

There hasn't been a direct .596 root other than this method..

That's works fine, if you check the file I posted for 4.5.595 that option is already set that way... Thanks for sharing..
