confidential motorola restricted property not for sale, why would it say that, the seller said as far as he know s its a sticker on most xoom he said it was on he brothers, but i find this very hard to believe, why is it there and is it still worth buying as it is well under half price for retail xoom 2s

It is most likely a prototype or a developer unit for testing within Motorola. Someone in the link unknowingly a XOOM on e-bay that said the same thing on the back, and reported it to Motorola. Motorola let the person send it in for a retail version as an exchange.
Also assuming the XOOM 2 has a locked bootloader, it may possibly help unlock it.
