My xoom keeps nagging me to update it to 3.2.1. I don't want this because I'm rooted. How do I hide the update? I'm afraid of accidently hitting OK. If I were to accidently update, you it just break the root or worse? I'm running the tiamat kernel.

The dl would just fail. It will reboot and get stuck on the install. Then just reboot and you will still get the popups. Since its unlocked it wont take the update. There is a update file you can change the file name in root explorer to stop them. Just not sure in the file name at the moment.
