I have a stock Wifi Xoom, I purchased the xoom from amazon a while back. I just realized that my xoom should have ICS already I really wouldnt notice it all that much but I also have a Galaxy Nexus and I love ICS. Looking around the interwebz I see the problem might be thats its not a US version. WTF I never realized that when I bought it. I see a way to flash ICS without root buts thats the US version only. I have seen a thread on how to change from UK to US version. Other than that Im stuck, sometimes I want to throw it at the wall.

Check out the last post in this thread and follow the link to the Xoom forums. This method is very simple and takes about 10 minutes not including downloading the required files. Once you convert your Xoom from UK to US you will automatically receive all the proper OTA's and end up with ICS 4.0.3.

yeah I guess I wasnt to clear I checked a link that list what region my xoom is from and its not UK. Nearest I cant tell its from central or south america. I hope Im just reading it wrong
