How did I get the Jelly Bean update?
I just got a Wi-Fi Xoom, and it immediately prompted me to install the ICS update, but I can't seem to get it to pull the Jelly Bean update. It says that my system is up to date.
Since the Xoom is a Google Experience device, shouldn't it be running Jelly Bean?
The charger I received is European (it came with an adapter), so it the UK version, which I'm pissed about. I've already contacted the EBay seller demanding an exchange or a full refund.
It is currently running 4.0.4.

Have you cleared the Google Services Framework from the Applications menu in Settings?
If not do that then try again. Keep doing it and it should come through. :-)
