Why can't I actually use my Motorola Xoom?

why cant I actually use my motorola xoom

I tried to reset my Motorola xoom which is on cyanogen mod but now it wont let me use it anymore it keeps going on starting RSD protocol support 3 or goes on reboot menu but it just wont fully reset please help.

Can you try using Odin to flash the latest factory zoom OS. This probably would give you a base line to start using your phone again. You can always flash cyno again if that's what you like.
