Will the Flash Support coming next Friday provide me the ability to use Amazon's Movie's on demand online?

Yes definitely. I can watch Amazon on Demand on my Original Droid 1 with 2.2 (sadly). It should work great on the XOOM.

Why not just watch on Wifi?

I would watch at work, I frequently get lots of downtime. I have a jailbroken iphone with an unlimited plan, but I can't get the Xoom to connect to an adhoc network. I tried bluetooth but its too slow.

been using the 10.2 beta that was released. Streaming on amazon over wifi is a little bit jittery at times but is mostly good. very good quality video and sound. hoping the release version on the 18th fixes the minor issues

Just login to your Amazon prime account, click at the top where it says more info for streaming movies for prime members and it's on the right hand side.
