Fess up... who's still using the factory plastic protector?
I am... and it's starting to peel.

Been trimming the peeling parts until I find a case that I really like...

I confess. Lol. I've got my Xoom in one of the Moto gel skins with the original screen protector. I'm waiting for my preordered ZooGue case to ship and I gotta order a screen protector. I already know where the camera, notification light, and volume buttons are. I don't need my screen protector pointing them out.

Wow ya I kept mine on the back with the folio case for the first week. And finally took it off it was peeling to bad. I bought the Verizon screen protectors the day I got my Xoom and had the sales guy put it on right there. I almost aways do that now. I had 2 different sales people with 2 different phones including my X take the protective film off the screen before I got a chance to tell them not to... I was not happy with that sales person...

What are you guys doing, browsing the net with a fork!?!? Take the thing off already. I clean mine with my pantleg or a dry paper towel. The screen is FLAWLESS! I had a spot on the screen the other day that I scratched off with a fingernail. Wiped it off with my sleeve, and was good to go.

Naked. I have a lot of devices and never had issues with going naked.

I am not a fan of screen protectors, they all discolor or get sticky.
All my devices are naked, and scratch free. - 03-16-2011, 09:10 AM #12

I suppose it's to each, their own, but the Xoom has Gorilla Glass (or so it's been said).
I've attacked the gorilla glass on my galaxy phone w/a steak knife to prove a point and it emerged unscathed. - 03-16-2011, 09:48 AM

Took a deep breath and stripped her naked.
Wasn't easy. - 03-16-2011, 09:50 AM #15
I should just peel it off right now since I'm returning the Xoom tonight. Xoom sucks. It's horrible. Honeycomb is horrible. Go iOS. iPad rules.
lol @ my own lies. I'm returning it tonight to wait for the WiFi only version on the 27th.Current: LG Nexus 4, Samsung Galaxy S3, ASUS Nexus 7

Moto already made the screen less than vivid... I would not think of putting more layers of plastic on the screen. Naked with portfolios on both xooms.
