    Default Downloading .doc from Blackboard?

Blackboard loads fine in the browser, but when I click on .doc files and other things posted on blackboard it doesn't give me the option to download and takes me to a blank page. Is it downloading somewhere on the device? How do I download these files and organize them?

    Thanks

Blackboard as in the utility schools and stuff use online? The way I figured out how to do it was to push and hold on the file until the prompt pops up, choose to open it in a new tab, and that starts a download of it, and then I use Astra to locate it in the downloads folder.

Yeah, it's where professors post lectures, homeworks, etc.

I'll give this a try and post an update.

Guys this is good news to me because I'm in college and thinking about getting a tab. You guys think it's worth it for school?
