"Uninstall not Successful"

What are we supposed to do about applications that won't uninstall? I'm having trouble getting "Screen Off and Lock" off of my xoom.

Try to force stop and clear it's data first. (settings > applications > manage applications > all)

Wow, still won't uninstall, I even tried rebooting and going through the steps again, nothing.

According to the Android Market page, to uninstall:

NOTE: To un-install, go Settings, Locations & Security, Select Device Administrators and disable the ScreenOff App

It worked for me as well ... I was almost about to Factory Reset my phone... Device Administrator was master stroke

Most excellent.....remember, if you give an app permission to run as the Administrator of your Android device you will not be able to uninstall that app until you disable administrator priviledges by using the directions found in this post. Most excellent & thank you!

This does not work - there are no Device Administrations listed under this section at all on my device, its completely blank, and still I have apps with greyed out UNINSTALL buttons.
