ARRRGHH Xoom Frozen at boot suggestions.

I rebooted my xoom this morning and the xoom will not get past the M Dual Core symbol that comes up prior to the honeycomb animation. I have done a hard reset by holding the power and the up arrow. This reboots but then stays on the M logo. tried reset and then holding both volume buttons this brings up 4 lines on the upper right

Powering on BP
Lte modem is OFF
Cold-Booting Linux
reading ODM ruse - 1

and then nothing happens.
any ideas??????

You're in diagnostic mode, for fiddling with the cellular radio.

Can you reset it again? Boot it into fastboot?

is that after you did the update to 3.1 if so do you happen to have an sdcard installed in the unit
