I ordered it months ago, and FedEx will be delivering it today. I'll post up pictures as soon as it arrives. I ordered this cradle:

I already had the suction cup mount and a mount with a magnetic base. I also still have my locking iPad cradle, if anyone is interested.

Here's what it looked like with the iPad in it.

Got the mount, but it was already dark. Here are a couple pictures with the mount stuck to my coffee table.

I really like the fact that the Xoom fits in the cradle with the gel case installed.

Thanks for the photos, freeky1. I'm going on a road trip in two days. Wish I had one but it won't make it in time. Will look into it for the future.

Here are a few pictures of the Xoom mounted in my car. My BMW is a little tight on space, so the windshield mount may be the way to go. I could mount the base on the side of my center console, but it would get in the way of the front passenger seat. Being a six-speed means I have to have room to shift, so we'll see.

Hmm, not sure I would trust the suction to hold up my Xoom. Probably because I had a bad experience with my GPS holder, but still.

Looks good, though.

I feel the same way. Fortunately, the suction cup doesn't support all the weight of the Xoom. The arm actually lies on the dashboard, supporting the Xoom. It's very sturdy and doesn't shake or bounce at all.

It's very easy. It just twists and locks.

Also the site says june 5th it will be out, how did you get yours?

I ordered mine seven weeks ago. I guess they got some in early. They did not bill me until it shipped. I saw the charge on my debit card last week, then they sent me a tracking number.

Appreciate the pictures. Yesterday I was holding my Xoom up to every surface I could find in my 335xi to see how it might possibily fit without impeding the airconditioner, my vision, the radio, the shifter, the passengers, etc.

Is the suction mount sufficient for the weight of the Xoom (especially traveling on bumpy roads?)

thanks!

The lock on the iPad mount seems worthless. I would just remove it from the scution cup and take everything. lol

I have had my XOOM mounted using a very inexpensive window mount I got off eBay when I had the Galaxy Tab. It is called a galaxy Tab window mount but is actually a universal adjustable mount that works with any tablet out right now. It suctions to the window and I admit to watching ESPN and NetFlix while on the road. Also works well with navigation.

Yes, it works great. The arm is completely made of aluminum and is very strong. I adjust it so that the arm rests on the top edge of the dashboard so it doesn't bounce at all.
