Does anyone know how to use the xoom as Monitor for other devices like Xbox?

Theoretically, no. It has no inputs for video. But if some magical technology is made that allows live high quality video transfer without a camera then yes.

Theoretically, you could have a device and app that streams video to the Xoom via Wifi or USB, but nothing like that exists yet. You can use iDisplay for a computer, which will treat the Xoom as an extended desktop, but it's slow and the program loves to screw up your display settings on the computer end.

These are more what you are looking for. Unfortunately, the consumer tablets do not support HDMI input.
