Could I use a 3g Slide on AT&T? The radio frequencies look right, but would love to hear from someone who has done it.

The backflip is a piece of junk and the next qwerty android (Moto Sage?) doesn't look any better. I can't change carriers, so got to go for an unlocked phone.

Thanks.

I haven't tried it myself, as I use T-Mobile, but I've heard that it wouldn't be possible because T-Mobile and AT&T use different frequencies or something for 3G connectivity. I don't know about regular GSM though. Don't quote me on any of this, it's just what I've heard.

It is possible for it to work on At&t, but you wouldnt get 3G at all. But 2G EDGE would work. At&t is on the 1900mhz 3G band and T-Mo is on the 1700mhz 3G band, where all their 2G bands are the same.
