    Default Relock and remove cwm

    I recently unrooted because I felt that it wasn't for me. Yet whenever I bout up I still have the tell tale signs AKA unlock symbol and I still have CWM on my phone. How do I completely clean this and remove CWM so it's like I just took it out of the box again.
    Hopefully only using the nexus 4 root kit. Nothing super confusing.
