Help with restoring to stock

Okay. I have a google nexus 4 and Cyanogenmod 13 nightly. My phone recently quit working with gapps and SIM. I want to get rid of Cyanogenmod and restore to 5.1.1. Problem is, I don't know how to do so without losing my game progress, accounts, pictures, music and apps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: I know how to restore to stock, I'm asking for help with backups.

You can backup all the multimedia content and update game progress with server and make some logs for app/account list. Since you are completely moving to put old Stock, i think you wont be able to have all those things that are in CM. If you have made backup of Stock ROM with Custom Recovery(with app data ~ 3-4GB it will be of size) restore it and you will get all of those back. But still to Ur Question... i think NO.....
