Default Cyanogenmod milestones, OK for daily use?

I threw a cyanogenmod nightly on my tablet to check it out and love the extra control and customization. Wondering about using the thing on my Nexus 5 but I need the phone for work. Are the milestones stable enough for work use?

Usually they are. There still might be some bugs here and there.

I think the M updates are meant to be stable. Whereas the nightly builds are experimental.
