Nexus 6 owner here. Should I upgrade? 32, 64, or 128?

I have a 64 GB Nexus. It says I have a little under 48 GB left for storage, but I'm planning on storing music directly onto my device. I mainly store apps, documents, and a ton of photos. I may also store the occasional video. 128 is probably overkill, but I'm afraid 32 would be too small. Though I could probably utilize a cloud service and make do with 32.

How much would aa 64 GB Nexus 6 sell for used in almost like new condition?

Can I upgrade directly through T-Mobile with Jump?

Those are all used and going for about $400. That pays off my remaining EIP balance, then I can finance anew with Project Fi.
