Question about 6p delivery ?

My Nexus 6p is shipped but FedEx delivery manager greyed out the option for me to have it held at store location and for the package to be signed for if I'm not home.. Will it still be left at my house? And if not where does the package go?

Yes they will just drop it at your door...

I was home and the guy just put it between my door and glass door and walked off... He was already at his van when I opened the door and picked my phone off the ground.

Yes it will be left at the house. I also tried that but it was too late to pick up at FedEx.

My options are grayed out as well perhaps cause I'm in Ca and its shipping from Ca as well.
