Nexus 6P shows & plays ringer beep in between suddenly. How can I fix this?

Nexus 6P shows & plays ringer beep in between suddenly.

I have suddenly noticed that my nexus 6p plays a beep (like the one when we turn the ringer to full & it plays a beep when reached to full volume).
Moreover, it shows a speaker sign in the middle of the screen & plays that sound, even when idle sometimes. I have factory reset the phone too, but it ain't helping.
Any Solutions or reasons !! Please

Are you sure it's not the "Other Sounds"? Go into Settings > Sounds & notifications > Other Sounds... there are several extra sounds under here, personally I only leave "Vibrate on touch" on... all others I turn off.
