nexus 6p search function in settings doesnt work.

No result is displayed. Strangely, only the wifi option is searchable.

Welcome to Android Central! Does that persist after a reboot? If so, go to Settings>Apps​, tap Menu>Show System, select Settings, and Clear Cache.
