Lower Max brightness after may update?

I feel like my screen just isn't as bright as before the update. Anyone else seeing the same?

Mine looks the same... I have found it fairly easy to change my brightness on the second drop-down notification. I had changed mine almost unknowingly, are you sure you just did not change it? I usually leave mine around the 50%... it's good to know where it's usually at.

Do you have auto-night mode on? It can also change brightness levels when activated

Do you mean auto brightness? I don't see an auto-night setting.....

It's in the quick settings - night mode will lower brightness when activated. By default it's off so this might not be causing your problem

thanks. Is that in the N preview? I'm just running latest 6.0 Marshmallow May update. I don't see any quick settings at all.
