What do you keep you're window transition speed set to in developer options? I'm at .5. Thanks for the input
I'd wonder if that's actually true though. If no window screen animations equals better battery life. Interesting.I keep all animations off. Don't care for them, and I think having them off saves battery? I rather have better battery life than a fancy window animation that serves no purpose.

This is an excellent question. Reviews in the internet are saying that as well I just want confirmation.I thought it did... Anyone know this for sure?

Activate "developer options" by pressing the developer options " button" 7 times in quick succession, it's there under settings, then scroll down to animations and set the 3 types to off.
Are there any the apps that are similar ? I haven't noticed anything like this before.Just be careful when you turn off the window animations. Some apps don't perform the way they're supposed to. I remember Hangouts not properly advancing the conversation thread when I had animations off.
