Secure Start-Up

Anyone else using Secure start-up during boot?

I'm not using it. I figure if I lose my phone and someone turns it off then on, I may not be able to locate it bc cell radio will be off. I do use a pin though.

I find even if I chose no thanks it still asks for pin Everytime
