I think that it offers all the android apps but some of them may not work. But if you want a cheaper phone get the moto g

Yes.
1) This phone offer almost all the android apps, but you need to go to settings to allow installing all apps.
- Go to settings, the go to Security
- Under Unknown sources, Allow Installation of apps from unknown sources
- Open "1Mobile Market", and do search any apps you'er looking for.
- You can install it, open it, and enjoy it.
- Note: Don't forget to change some settings in "1Mobile Market" and in Nokia Store"

2) All apps are updated either via "nokia store" or "1Mobile Market".

3) Nokia X is the best comparing to Lumia version.

4) You can download "1Mobile Market" from "NOKIA STORE" and you can get all apps you look for
