OnePlus 2 just out of box,screen keyboard not working

Just bought a OnePlus 2. Switched on to setup and get as far as entering WiFi password. The password box appears on screen, but as soon as I touch the password field to enter the password, the box moves momentarily up screen about 1 cm, then straight back down. Sometimes the onscreen keyboard appears for 1/2 a second then disappears. SO I cannot enter the WiFi password and move forward. Any ideas?

Try complete the setup without connecting to WiFi, then do that later. If it is a problem with the keyboard, do the same thing, but download a keyboard on another device (I recommend SwiftKey) and share via Bluetooth. Good luck.
