Is latest update ok?

Getting the OP3 in few days was wondering is the latest update fix the battery issues in last update. And it ok to update.

Running the latest update, no issues. Never had a battery issue though. I'm consistently getting 4+ hours of SOT.

Can you get the 4 hrs SOT while using the mobile data (3g) ?

It's the best software version yet. You should be able to hit 4 hours screen on using mobile data, although obviously that depends what you're doing.

Absolutely. Flipping between LTE and H.
