Anyone using 3 or 3T on AT&T Having LTE Band 30 problems?

Whenever my Oneplus 3 on AT&T would latch onto Band 30 I would have terrible download speeds, in the 2 to 3 MB area. Also when the phone is on Band 30 my cell signal was almost useless, hovering around - 119. Anyone else experiencing anything like this? Thanks

According to LTE Discovery, I'm generally on band 17. I don't think I've ever seen band 30.

I just enabled live notifications in LTE-D and will try to watch for the bands as they change.

I do not believe that Band 30 has been activated everywhere yet, I actually sold my first Oneplus 3 because of poor cell signal and missed / dropped calls. I had the same problem using an AT&T branded Galaxy Note 5, every time I was having cell problems I would look and sure enough I was on Band 30. AT&T was no help, they just keep replacing my SIM card. I have been thinking about getting a 3T now that I sold my Note 5 but still leary about running into the same problem. AT&T should have some way of switching bands when your phone is sitting there on - 119 or practically no signal. I still never understood what the purpose of them (AT&T) implementing band 30 was for anyway.
