Oneplus one phone malfunction.

I just opened up my oneplus one. And now updated it and while using it sometimes it is randomly closing apps or like when I'm typing and texting it closes. Please help anyone.

Also my contacts aren't saving. They save for a lottle bit and then they disappear.

Anither thing is everytime I upload an attachment to send to someone the messaging app fails and closes.

Any help?

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any of your personal data:

• Turn the phone off.
• Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons.
• The phone will vibrate--let go when that happens.
• Your phone will enter Simple Recovery.
• Use the Volume buttons to select “Wipe cache partition”, then press Power to execute.
• Once complete, select "reboot system now" and press Power to execute.

And safe your contacts on your Gmail account! For soms reason you cannot safe it on your sim.

Thank you both for the replies sorry I didn't address this sooner but I fixed it last night after all updates I reset it and works fine now.
