Oneplus One with no OS! Can't enable usb debugging!!! Please HELP!!!

I just got a Oneplus one from a buddy of mine, the bootloader is unlocked and it has twrp. I installed multirom manager from the playstore so that i could install a custom rom as well and it wouldn't finish booting after....suffice it to say after tweaking on it for a bit, now i don't even have an operating system to flash anymore. PLEASE help me understand how i can get it to communicate with my computer so that i can push the proper files into my phone...

Don't ever play around with your phone if you have no experience....

If you have access to twrp, download the stock COS or Oxygen or CM nightly rom for the device... boot into twrp, connect to your computer you should automatically have mtp access and then transfer the downloaded files onto the root of your storsge, unplug your device and then begin to flash. Before flashing the rom make sure to perform a full wipe/Factory reset... it should be fairly simple process done it many times.
