Does this thing have any bloat and will it get new android versions quickly?

And what's wrong with the UI (as someone up top commented)?

Please post your thoughts of this phone compared to your Nexus 4 and your Galaxy S4! We would definitely love to see your thoughts. I have a Nexus 4 right now, and I would love to see how this phone compares.

Tbh I don't think it'll have any advantage over the N4 other than the screen.

Probably be slower because of the same processor but more pixels to power, and nothing beats N4 software.
