OK guys so this is what happened I was running the root guide I was flashing the zv4 tot file and my laptop crashed cause its jacked up so I'm taking out the battery and rebooting it and it just takes me to recovery and ill just skip the rest I managed to turn it on and had no bars just an x and I then tried going to dial and pressed pound and took me to a place called "LG optimus hidden menu" and apparently I can change the phone number and service provider and etc and I was wondering if anyone could help me out just to be able to get signal and data working please and thank you .

hmm. i would suggest reflashing the tot file properly. sounds like it will boot up so you should be able to reflash it correctly. then try to reactivate your account on the phone by dialing ##virgin# and reentering your mdn/msid numbers,or by using the activate app,last ditch effort to get reactivated if your info was borked and those options do not get your service up and running is to call virgin mobile and be prepared to give them your phones meid number info,you can get it by dialing ##meid#,so they can check to be sure your on the network right. maybe the laptop crash didnt really bork up your account info. and dont change anything in the lg hidden menu.

and your mdn and msid are first your phone number,the other is another number assigned to your account. if you do not know the second number,i would suggest calling vm and theyll walk you through reactivation.

Thanks for the help but I found a way to get a replacement from best buy since I have warranty and did the guide again on my other laptop and it was successful I have root now but thanks alot either way ^.^
