Why do you need to flash both the ROM and gapps twice? Maybe its just me but that seems a little overkill, no?

My latest build doesn't have gapps included. The reason it didn't boot was because of the included gapps.

If you really want to make it better the biggest thing I would work on is speed and the installing non market apps issues. Those were the two of my biggest issues.

Are you aure that's not a problem with MDPI miui?
I've looked it up a few times, and speed is impossible to gain.
Apps, Ive seen people with the same problems. Alot of alls don't work :/
