Making backups with Link2sd info included.

The one mystery I've yet to crack is how to make a nandroid backup but having it include your link2sd setup as well.

Right now my 2nd partition is Fat32. What happens when I restore a nandroid or flash a ROM it seems to always nuke that 2nd partition.

Is there a way to create a backup so that when it restores link2sd information is included and setup? (With links in place).

I'm running mrg IHO rom with the cwm 3.0.2.4 recovery. Used recovery to partition the sd card to ext3. When I run a backup it backs up everything including the ext partition and the links. Every other recovery I've tried has always failed to backup the ext partition. A few of them even had trouble backing up apps that I moved sd card using apps2sd.
