Just a little UOT help?

Ok, as right now I'm using the stock BACKside I.H.O ROM on my OV.

I have been able to create and download the settings.uot file but I can't upload my system files to build the theme I want. And besides the settings.uot file is blank

I don't have a computer and I was wondering if someone out there could donate a little time help me out with my theme?

If you are willing to help please PM me with the details of what you need.

All that is needed is Sytemui and Framwork. In froyo roms you can just use your phone I guess because of the bumblebee option in the selection list.

Your not understanding. Make the theme yourself, and instead of having to upload the systemui, and framework. Download the Settings.uot or whatever, post it here. It would make everything alot easier.

Oh, and sorry for the misunderstanding.

But I cannot D.L. the settings.uot file, or rather if I try to, all I get is a blank file. Also I do not know how to edit an existing settings.uot file to make it work.

And from what I understand you need the apks because they are system specific or build specific.
