You have to update from the 3/23/12 build
If you don't have it, then here:

Instructions:
1)Wipe everything and Install that^
2)Boot into phone, boot into recovery
3)Wipe /cache and dalvik-cache
4)Install new update

I still think this should be on the OP, because everyone has to update, a new flash from another ROM gives the same error on the Optimus V and M...either a boot loop, or no boot. Maybe gannon's sources got screwed up...

TO FIX WIFI FOR 04142012
Sorry about this guys, but wifi is borked on the newest release. To fix it, just simply download either of the following files and flash them in recovery.

Test1- Initial Release; seeing how it plays out
03232012- New Base, A lot better UI, all around better stuff. Battery indicator is not working, but there is an alternative (bar at the top, in my screenshots, or percentage, which I seen show)
03282012- New Base, Theme fix in zip, Battery indicator fixed, Camera fix (raided, I should say), Settings fully translated, Browser fixed, etc.
03292012- Back to old base, fixed MMS (need more testing), Fixed Settings, included GApps.
03312012- Fixed camera, updates will be OTAs from now on. 
04042012- Fixed battery again, All toggles themed (reboot to stick), Broke MMS I'm almost positive.
04142012- Modify the search key for the lock screen?, themes apply without restarting, add call recording function, colors appear to be fixed, Replaced Browser with Miren, MIUI Camera is in, tvall's new kernel is now integrated. Thanks Tvall!

I haven't gotten to test the battery life. Lol I honestly couldn't tell you the reasoning behind the battery life for CNA, it just was naturally amazing

But mainly for me, Camera and MMS are my main 2 issues.

Try it in other apps. The MIUI home doesn't have rotation available in it. Because iOS doesn't
