Green theme chooser (system)

On backside the default theme is called system I wanna replace it as my default but can't find it with root explor

Its Framework, and Systemui. You have to mod that if you want it to change.

Nope, you have to decompile the framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk and them the png's inside.

Its actually really easy. You just have to know the .Png, what is it for.

Plus use gimp picture editor to theme the .png's and.9png's, do not use any picture editor program does not show the .9png guides. it can cause problems.

7zip is your friend... download it and trust me... it makes theming for noobs a breeze. I know most of what I know now from rom-diving (like dumpster diving only with roms) using 7zip.

yeah,uot kitchen is pretty handy. the omly thing it doesnt do is dock icons. but its prerty well complete other than that

apktool is more hacker-ish

plus dock icons work... only problem is when you can't get the compiled theme to work :embarrased:

havent tried apktool yet,ive been learning on small scale using uot,ill give apktool a go soon. and nothing to be embarrassed about. we all have brainfarts from time to time lol:thumbup:
